Biometric Consent

The app shows this text before your scan, and you must tick a box to agree before the camera starts.
I agree that UseMyFace (Kapturise, Dubai) may:
- scan my face with my camera for about 15 seconds to check that I am a real, live person;
- turn my face into a template of numbers on my device and store that template, but not my video;
- compare my face with the photo on my ID on my device, and store only the result;
- use the template only to tell whether AI requests show me, and to apply my rules to them;
- keep the template until I delete my face, and erase it at once when I do.
I confirm that this is my own face, I am 18 or older, and I can withdraw consent at any time by deleting my face in the app.
What we will never do
- Sell your template or share it with AI tools, brands or anyone else.
- Use it to train AI models.
- Use it to identify or track you, or anyone else, for someone else.
How to withdraw
Open the app, go to your face, and choose Delete. The template is erased immediately and every license for your face is revoked. You can also email eng_ops@kapturise.com.
