1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Kapturise FZC, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account you accept them, along with the Privacy Policy.

2. What UseMyFace does, and what it doesn't

UseMyFace keeps a register of verified faces and the rules their owners set. AI image and video tools that join our network check the register before they make a picture or video of a real person, and follow the answer. We license faces to brands on the owner's terms.

We cannot control AI tools outside our network. A registered face can still be faked by a tool that does not check with us. When that happens, we help you find, report and take down the fake, but we cannot promise any platform will remove it.

3. Face owners

• You may only register your own face, after a live scan and an ID check. Registering someone else's face, a child's face, or a face you have no right to is forbidden and ends your account.
• You set your rules: what is allowed, what is never allowed, prices, territories and which brands may not use you. We apply them as written.
• Earnings: you receive 80% of license, renewal and per-use fees for your face, after the brand has paid. Payouts are made in the currency and on the schedule shown in your account.
• You can switch between earning and protecting, change your rules, or delete your face at any time. Licenses already sold keep running until they end, unless the brand breaks them.
• Owner License: AED 199 a year after any free founding period, plus AED 49 once for the live scan and ID check. Founding members pay neither in their first year. Earners may pay from their first payout instead.

4. Brands and agencies

• A license lets you use one face, for the use, territories, term and limits it states. Anything outside that is not licensed.
• You pay a AED 100 issue fee per license, plus the owner's price and any per-image or per-second fees.
• Every output must keep the consent credential we issue. Do not strip it or claim consent you do not have.
• The owner or we may revoke a license that is broken. Outputs made after revocation are unlicensed.
• No sexual content, no content that harms the person's reputation, and no political or election content unless the owner allows it in writing.

5. AI tools (partners)

• Check every request that shows a real person before you render it, and follow the answer: licensed, needs a license, or blocked.
• Report each licensed output with the usage API so the owner is paid.
• Keep your API key secret. Fees per check are set in your partner agreement.
• Do not store, cache or try to rebuild face templates or answers beyond what the API documentation allows.

6. Things nobody may do

Do not register a face that isn't yours, get around a block, use UseMyFace to identify or track people, scrape the marketplace, send false reports, or break the law.

7. Payments

Prices are shown in AED and may be charged in USD at the rate shown at checkout. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or we say otherwise.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for content made by tools outside our network, or for what platforms do with takedown requests. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, its faces are deleted and their templates erased.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
