Privacy Policy

- We turn your face into a template of 128 numbers. We do not keep your scan video, and your ID photo never leaves your device.
- We use the template for one thing: so AI tools can tell whether a request shows you, and follow your rules.
- We never sell your face template or show it to anyone. AI tools get a yes, no or "needs a license" answer, not your data.
- Delete your face at any time. The template is erased at once and every license is revoked.
1. Who we are
UseMyFace is run by Kapturise FZC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your personal data is used. Contact us about privacy at eng_ops@kapturise.com.

3. Biometric data
Your face template is biometric data, which the law treats as sensitive. We only create it with your explicit consent, given in the app before the scan (see Biometric consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your face. We do not use your template to train AI models, and we never use it to identify people for anyone else.
4. Who sees what
- AI tools in the UseMyFace network send us a template of the face in a request. We answer licensed, needs a license, or blocked. They never receive your template, email or name unless you have chosen to earn and listed your name publicly.
- Brands see your public listing if you choose to earn: name, photo, handles, prices and rules.
- Service providers who run parts of the service for us under contract: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email), our payment provider, and our ID-verification provider once connected. They may only use the data to provide their service.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Where your data is kept
Our servers run on Cloudflare's network, so data may be processed outside the UAE. When we transfer data abroad we rely on the protections the law allows, including contracts with our providers.
6. Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent. Most of this is in your account. For anything else, email eng_ops@kapturise.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
7. Security
Sign-in uses one-time email codes. Sessions and API keys are stored only as hashes. License tokens are signed so they cannot be forged. Every access to face data is logged.
8. Children
You must be 18 or older to register a face. A parent or guardian cannot register a child's face yet.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
